Janetter

There is much to like about Janetter. You are going to like that it is available for multiple platforms, the fact that it puts numerous themes at your disposal, that it allows you to choose one of several styles, that it is offered for the great price of free, and last but not least, that it is a properly good Twitter client. It is in fact presented by its developer as “the best Twitter client on the net.”

As previously mentioned, it is available for multiple platforms: Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, and Android. Focusing on Microsoft’s operating system, it must be mentioned that the application provides support for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

Once the setup wizard is done installing Janetter on your Windows-powered machine and you launch the Twitter client for the first time, you will be asked to sign in, choose a theme for the interface, and select a Twitter style. Only after going through these simple steps will you be able to start enjoying Janetter on your desktop PC.

Janetter provides all the functionality you would expect from a Twitter client: view all your twitter feeds, post new tweets, view messages, manage lists, search, access your Twitter profile, support for multiple accounts is provided, view a conversation flow below tweets, get pop-up notifications, get event notifications, mute users, mute words and applications, use keyboard shortcuts. Since Janetter is free, you have all the time in the world to explore all the functionality it puts at your disposal.

I’m finding it hard to argue with the developer when it says that Janetter is “the best Twitter client on the net.”
